USES FOR FROZEN BREAD DOUGHThaw in fridge overnight (you can micro thaw but overnight is better). Then:
- Roll out and use for pizza crust
- MY favorite is a pesto bread concoction ... simply roll out like pizza and put any store bought pesto sauce and fresh shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Bake on a stone that you have spread with olive oil. This is REALLY good. Bake in Hot oven till bread is done
- Roll out and put cinnamon sugar and whatever else on top, maybe spread with butter and a bit of Jam or jelly then the cinnamon sugar.
- Break off chunks roll up in balls and make a monkey type bread.
- Bake as is and have homemade (sort of) bread.
- Line a casserole dish and put in some sort of tomato saucey stuff over it with other meat "pie" type thing like burger or chicken bake like a casserole, I'd make the sauce saucy enough though.
