Terry - if you love basil, I'm sure you'd love pesto .... you can do so much with it. I'm not sure what board (memory is going!!) but about a week or 10 days ago per a request, I posted a pesto recipe and at least 1 person made it and liked it! This same 'thread' had several good ideas for pesto and its use. I don't remember who started it or the query. But I now that if you do a search you'll find MORE THAN YOU EVER WANTED to know re pesto! It freezes beautifully - if you have a lot. And it is so refreshing -- especially in the middle of winter!
