Here are two. The first I have tried and been happy with. The seconds one I have not made.
Pineapple Kiwi Jam
4 kiwi, peeled and sliced 1/8 inch thick 3 cups sugar 1/4 cup lime juice 1 8 ounce can crushed pineapple, undrained 1 3 ounce pkg liquid fruit pectin 3 drops green food color, optional Microwave directions: In 2 quart microwavae safe bowl combine kiwi, sugar, lime juice and pineapple. Micro on high for 11 1/2 t 16 minutes or until mixture comes to full rolling boil, stirring every 2 minutes. Stir in peactin. micro on high for 2-3 minutes or until mix comes to full rolling boil. Micro on high for 1 minutes. Skil foam; add food color. spoon into 5 8 ounce sterilized jars. Store in refrigerator 3 weeks, freezer 3 months or seal in boiling water bath. Makes 4 1/2 cups.
Pineapple Jelly
2 cups water 1 package powdered fruit pectin 3 1/2 cups sugar 1 6 ounce can frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
Mix wataer and peactin in pan; bring quickly to full rolling boil; boil hard 1 minutes; add sugar and concentrate; stir until dissolved but don't boil. Remove rom heat; pour into hot sterizlized jars and seal in boiling water bath. makes 5 half pints.
