I'd love to have your recipe for canned salmon. I'm also trying to can some other meat. Venison, and beef but don't have recipes yet except add salt and onion. About the liquid smoke. I use it to make my deer and beef jerky and it's great. So why not smoked salmon? Worth it to give it a try.
