I too have asked for stuffed pepper recipe at another site. I got a response to slit banana peppers down the side enough to clean out seeds and stuff with cheese. i would use chedder and mont. jack mixed. then dip in egg white and roll in cornmeal, flour mixure with salt . Deep fry till golden . sound good and simple. If you try these, let me know. I think i would hold slit together with toothpick. Nancy
