I have a lot of leftover rhubarb and am looking for a recipe for preserves. I had it once before, but did not have the opportunity to get the recipe. I think the rhubarb is cooked with orange rind or something and then put jars. You can eat it like fruit later on. If anyone has a recipe like this, please let me know, my rhubarb is about to expire any day now!!!
