While living in Atlanta, we spent every weekend we could enjoying the back roads of the Smoky Mountains. We loved meeting the people and trying all of the favorite local foods and treats. One of the most wonderful treats was a jar of Celery Jelly from a roadside stand. Of course not trying a taste until we got back home, I had no way of asking for receipe. Thank you in advance, to anyone who can/will share the receipe with me. (Other very good jams and jellies we tried were horseradish-very good with meats, and watermellon.)
