Hi, I have been searching far and wide to find a good receipe for canning banana peppers. I want to know if you can use a pressure canner instead of a water bath for preserving them. Has anyone out there used a pressure canner instead of a water bath? I just got a 17qt presto canner and have a garden loaded with banana peppers and tomatoes and greenbeans. But so far have only seen water bath for doing banana peppers. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm a newbie to canning.
