Thank you for the two Canning recipe's. You sent it just in the nick of time, as I went river fishing on Sunday, Oct 1st. I landed a 28.2 lb Chinook Salmon. Took first place in a fishing derby. I now have a lot of work ahead of me,as my wife is demanding me to clear some room in the freezer. I look forward to trying both recipe's.
