Cindy. Hope you are still looking for this recipe. They are greatlPICKLED GARLIC
4 heads garlic, unpeeled 2 cups red wine vinegar 2 cups water 1 cup sugar 6 whole cloves 2 T peppercorns
Put all ingredients in heavy bottom pot. Bring to boil. Cook ten minutes on high heat, stirring from time to time. Cook a5 minutes. Cool Put in sterilized jars. Refrigerate for 1 month before using.
