Wash berries. Drain.Put 2-3 quarts of blueberries in a jelly bag or cheesecloth. Dip in boiling water just until juice spots appear. Pack into hot jars. Leave 1/2 inch headspace. Do not add any liquid, they will make their own. No sugar is added, either. Adjust lids. Process in water bath canner for 15 minutes pints, 20 minutes quarts. Even if liquid doesn't cover over all the berries, they are still safe.

Great for use in muffins or waffles, etc.
