Hi Suzanne, Please tell me how you candied the peel and dipped it in chocolate. A couple of years ago, my mother was at an auction and came home with a case of chocolate covered citrus peels. They were all packaged in long thin boxes and came from Israel. They ended up with us and though my family didn't like them I REALLY did. An open box was empty very quickly.
Please share your recipe. They sound good!
