You can wash, peel, and remove the seeds. Chop and then mix fruit with a small amount of water, approx. 1 cup with each quart.
Cook below a simmer until soft. Stir frequently. Press thru a strainer or puree thru a food mill.
Add 1-2 Tbsp. bottled lemon juice per quart. Sweeten to taste. Heat juice.
Pour into hot jars, seal and process in boiling water bath for 15 minutes.
I am not sure you will get a real clear juice, but will be like a nectar. If you wanted clear juice, I would think you would need to cook the fruit, then put into a colandar lined with muslin or cheesecloth and allow to drip, just as you would use for making jelly.
