Thanks Linda Lou, Im a Master Food Preserver and had to go looking for a (legal) recipe for a gal today, when i found yours......In looking up Grapefruit and Oranges they both say only 10 min water bath is necessary.....So not only glad ive found someone who had process the oranges but am glad to be able to pass on, you can shorten your time.....
