Just returned from a vacation in Italy where each morning we were served hot crossants which contained a bit of Mango Jam in them. Out of this world with Danish Butter and with a cup of cafe latte. I am able to obtain the crossants at the local bakery which are just as good and put them in the toaster oven, but have been unable to obtain the Mango. I will give this recipe a try and cut a slice in the crossant then insert the jam before putting in the oven. Thanks!
