I would like to know when you are canning dried beans & peas what amount of beans or peas per quart. Due to the fact they swell I have been afraid to try but know it can be done. Also like on pinto's how long do they cook on what presure. I know it takes all day to cook them this would be so much easier.If some one could let me know on each dried pea's and beans quanity per quart and what presure for how Long.
