1 package 8 oz cream cheese (You can use the light.
1 tablespoon A-1 Steak Sauce
1 clove garlic
10 - 15 drops tabasco (Optional)

Mix cheese, steak sauce, garlic. Roll in a ball. (I use disposable plastic gloves.) ROLL IN CHOPPED PECANS. Chill overnight. The longer it chills the better the flavor.
