Applesauce Fruitcake
From: Cookbook USA CD

1 (16 ounce) can or jar applesauce
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. mincemeat
1 candied fruit mix (2 cup size)
1 c. raisins
1 c. pecans
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. rum flavoring

Combine sweetened condensed milk, mincemeat, oleo, applesauce and rum flavoring in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, let cool. Mix spices, soda, salt and flour and add to mixture in pan. Add fruit, nuts and raisins. Heat oven to 275 degrees. Spray a tube pan with nonstick cooking spray, line with foil and spray again. Add the cake mixture and bake about 2 hours or until done.
