I got this recipe from my sister-in-law, I know the strawberry jam sounds strange, but it is fabulous with Ritz crackers.

STRAWBERRY-CHEESE BALL

1 cup mayo
1 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 green onions, chopped

Mix in ball and refrigerate over night. Pour 5 oz. strawberry preserves over
ball just before serving.
