I don't have a recipe for the Irish Cream Fudge, but I have one for the Irish Cream ! Goes like this.... 1 1/2 cups to 1 3/4 cups of either, Whiskey - Scotch - Bourbon - Brandy - or Rum. 1 can of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condenced Milk 1 cup of Whipping Cream 4 eggs 2 Tb chocolate syrup 2 tes inst coffee 1 tes vanilla 1/2 tes almond extract Mix all ingredients in a blender. Store up to 1 month in thew Frig. GOOD STUFF!!! |
