*my best turkey tip is to buy those REYNOLDS OVEN BAGS. they make the turkey juicy and it's a lot faster baking and easier to clean up.
also, be sure to rub your turkey with a little oil (i usually use olive oil) and then rub some good paprika onto the skin. this makes it really beautiful -- brown and crispy.

*to make it EASY on yourself, do lots of the meal prep ahead of time and freeze the dishes back. i do all of my breads, the pumpkin pie, and the sweet otatoes ahead of time & freeze them. just thaw the night before and warm them up in the oven the day of.
stuffing can be made the day ahead, refrigerated and then put into the turkey the morning that you will bake it.
any gelled salads, etc... can be made a day or so before.

*i think the butterball site has a timetable and some ideas for recipes and preparing ahead for the holiday meal. it's www.butterball.com

Womans day magazine also has a great section this month on preparing thanksgiving dinner with a timetable and some tips (it's the november 18 issue with a cookie wreath on the cover.)

*mostly, just relax and ENJOY!
