CARROT BREAD 2 c. sugar 3 eggs 3 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. soda 2 c. grated carrots 1 small can crushed pineapple 1 c. oil 3 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 3 tsp. vanilla Combine all ingredients, except carrots and pineapple. Mix well; add carrots and pineapple, including juice. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Nuts may be added.
