Hi Kathy - I see you have already gotten some peanut
butter ball recipes. I have one that I have used for about
20 + years and they are wonderful. Last year I even had
a request to make some to sell.

1 pound margarine (softened)
2 cups smooth peanut butter (I use Peter Pan)
2 1/2 to 3 pounds confectioner's sugar
3 teaspoons vanilla

Cream margarine and peanut butter. Add vanilla. Add
sugar.

Roll into balls.

Melt 1 bar paraffin and 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolat
pieces in top of double-boiler.

Dip balls in chocolate and place on wax paper to cool.

I usually put toothpicks in the balls and refrigerate a couple
of hours or overnight. They're easier to dip.
