Usually with any kind of chocolate pasta, I put some chocolate chosps and soem kind of jam at the bottom of each bowl and then the hoot pasta is put on top. Let is sit for a couple of minutes and then stir it up. This is what I usually do. I got it from a recipe in the Washington Poast many years ago. It was from Giuliano Bugialli (is that how you spell ist?) and it was always a hit when I made it. Hope this helps.
