Sorry about the previous message! My charming and helpful cat stepped across the keyboard as I was typing and sent the message before I was done (he also added the 3 after my name!) Anyway, I believe I have the recipe you are looking for. My son and I made these for his school party a few years ago, and they were a big hit! I got the recipe from a Pillsbury "Country Baking" cookbook. For each turkey, you need a striped shortbread cookie, a Kraft caramel, a piece of candy corn and a chocolate candy star. Place one chocolate star point side up on your work surface. Place one caramel on a piece of wax paper and melt it in the microwave for 5-10 seconds until slightly softened. Place softened caramel on top of star, pressing down so they stick together. Press the chocolate shortbread cookie, striped side facing forward firmly against the softened caramel so that it stands upright (this is the turkey's tail, the caramel is the body, and the star is the feet). Press the candy corn on top of the caramel in front for the turkey's beak. I hope this is the one you are looking for!
