I'm looking for a recipe my mother used to make years ago. I believe the pastry type desert was called Fatigimans. I think they are Norwegian or Scandinavian in origin. They were also referred to as "pig's ears".

They used the spice cardamon. The dough was sweet. What you would do is roll out the dough real thin and then cut it into triangle shapes and then deep fry it. When cool, you would sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Do you have or know where I can find this recipe?
