1 ripe banana 1 8oz sour cream 1/4 c sugar 1 T poppy seeds 1 T lemon juice 1 t dry mustard 3/4 t salt In a small bowl, finely mash banana. Add sour cream, sugar, poppy seeds, lemon juice, mustard and salt. Chill at least 30 minuts. Arrange salad greens and perhaps some fruit on salad plates. Serve with dressing.
