This is what I do:
Lightly butter one or two slices of bread. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, garlic salt, or seasoning of your choice. Cut into cubes. Place on a plate and cook on High in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir, and repeat as often as necessary until crisp.
