Help Help I am running out of time !! I had a family recipe for candied yams and have the ingrediants but lost the instructions of how to make it. If I list the ingrediants I hope someone can reconize the ingrediants to give me some help on how to make it. The ingrediants are:
3 cups yams
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanila
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnimon
This recipe makes a pecan (prelene) topping crust. I hope someone can help
