I just love this salad and I hope that others will too. I always have it for Thanksgiving dinner.
QUICK CRANBERRY SALAD
3 c. whole cranberries, fresh or frozen 3/4 c. sugar 2 1/3 c. miniature marshmallows 1 (8 1/2oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 c. whipping cream or cool whip
Put cranberries in food processor and coarsely chop--frozen berries chop easier. Add sugar and chill for at least 2 hours.
Add marshmallows, pineapple and nuts. Whip cream or use cool whip, and fold into cranberry mixture.
Spoon into bowl, cover, and refrigerate. Can also be frozen in 8" square dish.
Serves 6-8.
