2 Ingredients -- a dozen hard boiled aggs and imagination!

Cut your cooled hard boiled eggs in half and take out yolks. Place them in a bowl and mash with a tiny bit of mayonaise, maybe 1/2 t. mustard and some sweet pickle relish. Spoon or pipe into egg white halves. Dust with paprika. That's it.

Other possible additions that I've used (along with the mayo) are:

minced pistachios and chives

salmon and capers

cooked crumbled bacon and a dash of curry

deviled ham (the canned) and minced celery

tuna or salmon and grated onion

Use your imagination, see what's in your refridgerator or cabinet and have fun!
