This was great with leftover ingredients:
1 C. buttermilk 1/3 C. flour 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 loaf cubed bread (I had Hawaiian sweet bread) 1 C. cranberry sauce
In a bowl, mix the buttermilk, flour, eggs, vanilla and stir in the cranberry sauce gently. Pour over the bread cubes in a greased casserole. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350°. Serve with melted butter and maple syrup.
