1 cup chopped pecans
2 T. sugar
1 small package of vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. rum
1/4 c. Frangelico liquior
1 18 0z package yellow cake mix

Syrup
1 stick butter
1/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. rum
1/4 c. Frangelico

Mix nuts and sugar and sprinkle in bottom of a well greased and floured bundt pan.
Blend in mixer 5 minutes the remaining ingredients. (not syrup ingredients)
Pour into bundt pan. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. Leave in pan. While warm poke lots of holes in the cake with a large cooking fork.. For syrup, combine butter, water and sugar in medium saucepan. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add rum and Frangelico. Pour hot syrup over cake. Cool cake completely in pan before removing. Place cake on a nice cake plate and decorate with whole pecans and candied cherries.

You can also make this in two small bundt pans. I give the small ones as gifts for xmas. These are Heavenly!!!!!!
