Kahlua

3 cups white sugar
1 quart water
4 tablespoons cheap instant coffee

In a large pot bring above to a boil (watch so it doesn't boil over)
Turn heat to low and continue to cook for about an hour. Please continue to watch it could create a sticky mess. Remove from heat and cool (don't let get cold it will be too sticky to add the remaining ingredients)

ADD:

2 1/2 cups 100 proof vodka
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract

This Kaluah is drinkable immediately. Store in a bottle or jar leaving 1/2 inch
empty at the top. ENJOY!
