My daughter just decorated santa claus cupcakes for a craft fair to raise money for her FBLA club. Bake your cupcake as usual, cool, frost with your favorite white frosting. You will need minature marshmallows for his beard, chocolate chips for his eyes, red cinnamon candies for his nose and red sugar sprinkles for his hat. Take your frosted cupcake and put marshmallows around the sides of 2/3's of the cupcake and straight across to form his face. You then put red sprinkles above the marshmallow line to the top of the cupcake to make his hat. Then put one chocolate chip for each eye in the proper spot. Use one cinnamon dot for his nose.

My daughter said it takes time but they really turn out cute! Hope these directions help you out and you get them in time.
