AUNT MARY'S FLAKY SWEET PASTRY 2 cups sifted flour 1/2 cup sugar pinch of salt 1/4 cup butter 3 egg yolks 1 Tbs. milk
Sift flour,salt and sugar;cut in butter. Stir in egg yolks; mix with wooden spoon. Work with hands until dough is manageable and clears bowl. Add milk to hold together. Knead until smooth. Chill 30 minutes. Divide into 2 balls. Enough to make 1 (2 crust) pie.
