Frozen Lemon Pie
4 egg yolks 1 can sweetend condensed milk (I use fat free) 1 6 ounce can frozen lemonade 1 cup whipping cream, whipped 4 egg whites stiffly beaten 9 inch graham cracker crust Whipped cream for garnish
Beat egg yolks. Add sweetened condensed milk and undiluted lemonade. Place in refrigerator while whipping the cream and beating the egg whites. Gently fold in cream and whites. Spoon into crust, cover and freeze overnight. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a twisted lemon slice.
