My mom used to make a no bake strawberry thumbprint cookie every year for Chritmas. It included coconut and strawberry preserves among its ingredients. The mixture was rolled into a ball and then your thumb pressed into it to leave an indentation. Cookies were then chilled and the ident filled with strawberry preserves. I want to make a tin of these for my mom this Christmas. I will be forever indebted to anyone who can help me with this request!!!
