Holiday Cheese Ball I make this every year for gifts, parties and family gatherings. It is a favorite of my daughter. 2 lg Pkgs. Cream Cheese (Neufchatel may be substituted or 1 pkg. regular and 1 pkg. nonfat) 2 C. Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded 1 cam deviled ham 1 jar Dried Beef, finely chopped 1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained 1/4 C. finely chopped vegetables, add at least 2 (black olives, green stuffed olives, green onion, green peppers) The red and green looks festive. Use two or three small bowels as molds. I line them with plastic wrap and put well blended cheese mixture in each, cover and chill overnight to harden. Unmold and cover with either, finely chopped nuts, parsley flakes, or bacon bits. Serve with crackers. My daughter like triscuts, and I like Ritz. This stores well in refrigerater, if in coverd container.
