I made this cookie which had grated lemon peel,cream cheese..butter...had to chill the dough then roll into balls and used a thimble for an indentation. The recipe called for raspberry preserves (I used peach) I found this recipe in one of the links..accidentally discarded the recipe and have been unable to find it again. Thanks to anyone who may have this recipe. Everyone loved this recipe!!
