Here is any easy appetizer that I make.
Easy Pizza Bites
Sourdough Party bread (the little squares in teh deli section)
1 lb. Hamburger or Sausage
1 jar of Pizza Sauce
1 bag of shredded mozz cheese
Brown the meat and drain. Lay party bread out on cookie sheets. Put a teaspoon of pizza sauce on each piece of bread. Crumble some meat on each piece and top with mozz cheese. Put the cookie sheets in the oven on 350 until the cheese is melted.
No need for a fork just use yoru fingers to eat.
