Hi Alma, Here are a few recipes for you to check out: Hershey's Easter Basket CakeEaster Basket Mini-CakesEaster Basket Cake Source: http://www.citizensgas.com/html/WC_RecAr.html1 box cake mix (1 pound, 2.25 ounce) 1 container white frosting (1 pound) 1 cup shredded coconut green food coloring Easter candy pipe cleaners ribbon Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 1-1/2 quart stainless steel or oven proof bowl. Prepare the cake mix according to the directions on the box. Pour the batter into the bowl and bake for 70 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let the cake cook in the bowl for 15 minutes, then unmold onto a cake platter. Cut a circle out of the center of the cake, leaving about a 1-1/2 inch border. (A curved, serrated grapefruit knife works well for this.) Scoop cake out of the circle to form a 1-inch deep crater. Frost the cake. To make the "grass," place the coconut in a ziplock bag. Add several drops of green food coloring to the coconut; close the bag. Work the coloring throughout the coconut until it is evenly colored. Fill the crater with the coconut and fill with Easter candy. For the handle, twist several pipe cleaners together until it is of desired length. Wrap or attach ribbons around the handle, and tie a big bow in the center. Happy Baking, Betsy recipelink.com
