Easter bird nests
16 oz. melting chocolate
2-3 c flaked coconut or crispy rice cereal
1 c small jelly beans
Melt chocolate in microwave or double boiler. Add coconut or cereal. Drop by tablespoons on waxed paper,forming circles[little birds' nests]. Make indentation in center,add 3-4 jelly beans. Let harden. Wrap in cellophane to fill Easter baskets. Makes 40-44 nests.
