Coffee punch
1 gallon strong black coffee 5 cinnamon sticks 1 1/2 pints whipping cream,whipped to make 3 cups 1/3 c sugar 1 1/2T vanillan extract 1 1/4 c bramdy 1/2 gal. coffee ice cream,softened but not melted
Add cinnamon to hot coffee. When cooled,remove sticks. Pour into punch bowl. Stir in 2 1/4 c whipped cream and rest of ingred. Serve with dollops of whipped cream floating on top. Serves 30-40.
