Eggless Pumkin Pie
15 oz pumpkin 1 cup evaporated milk 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup cornstarch 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ginger 1/4 tsp cloves
mix together, pour into pie crust and smooth. Bake 15 minutes at 425, then 50-60 minutes at 350. Cool, then chill.
My daughter has anaphylactic reaction to egg, I am new to all this.
