Here is a recipe posted November 1998 by MED/TN on the Holiday Board.

Frozen Cranberry Salad

2(3-oz) pkg. cream cheese softened
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 (16 oz) can whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 (8-oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine first 3 ing. stirring until smooth. Stir in cranberry sauce, pineapple, and pecans. Beat whipping cream until foamy; gradually add powdered sugar, beating until soft peaks form. Stir in vanilla. Fold whipped cream mixture into cranberry mix. Spoon mixture into and 8-inch square dish (or individual paper-lined cupcake pans.)Cover and freeze until firm. Cut into squares. YIELD: 9 servings

*NOTE: I have also used Cool Whip in place of whipping cream.
