This can be made in food processor, mix the crust and put in oven, then in same bowl chop pecans. Remove and reserve pecans. Mix filling in same bowl. Stir in pecans and pour into crust. Only the food processor parts to clean up!

Pecan Pie Bars

Crust:
2 cups flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 sticks margarine

Mix flour, powdered sugar and margarine and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350.

Filling:
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup light Karo syrup
1/3 cup margarine
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Combine and then stir in 1 1/2 cups crushed pecans. Pour over crust. Bake 25 minutes at 350.
