Lisa, i just posted a request for the real name of the basket cheese and later saw your recipe using the basket cheese...thought no one knew basket cheese which is hard to fiind....do you happen to know the name of the cheese other than calling it basket cheese???? thanks...my friend uses it every easter for a italian easter pie with supressata and other...mozarelle...ricotta ..eggs...other ingreds...thanks for replying...cathy
