Susan, I think this is what you want...yummy!

Grape Salad/Dessert

1 lb. red seedless grapes*
1 lb. green seedless grapes*
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Wash and DRY grapes, set aside.

Mix remaining ingredients with a whisk. Fold in grapes; spread in dish.

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped honey roasted peanuts

Mix together. Sprinkle over top of salad just before serving.

Enjoy !! :)

*DEFINITELY grapes should always be cut in half if serving to children, but...
last year at Christmas we made this salad and cut the grapes in half because we had kids being served; it did NOT work. Cutting the grapes in half lets them exude too much juice and the salad dressing became very watery and separated. I would suggest that either this is not a salad to be served when little ones are eating or perhaps cutting their portion of grapes in half when serving them.

Editor's note:
Manyhats - thanks so much for adding your comments regarding the grapes!
