CHEESE BALL
3 pkgs (8 oz each) cream cheese 5 ounces soft sharp cheese in a tub (I buy Imperial or Wispread) 2 ounces blue cheese 1 tsp onion juice chopped walnuts (for garnish)
Have everything at room temperature and mix all together. Form into 3 large balls or sevral smaller ones, roll in chopped walnuts. Wrap in foil and store in cold spot in fridge (not in door). Remove about 45 minutes before serving.
Very, very yummy!
